The start line for the full marathon (26.2 miles) is near the Central University front gate in the lovely beach resort town of Prampram while that of the half-marathon starts at the GHAPOHA buildings, near the harbor entrance in Tema. The full marathon starts at 0530hrs. The half marathon and team relay start at 0615hrs. The 10K race starts at 0645hrs in front of Nungua Methodist School. The 5K race starts at 0700hrs across the street from Teshie Melcom.
