Whether you are motivated by the loss of a loved one to a preventable disease, or you simply want to serve humanity in a meaningful way while increasing your own health and fitness, we AIM to help you achieve your goals safely, enjoyably, and with lasting good results.
Local alumni associations, religious and other charitable or social groups can AIM to raise funds for a cause of their choice while supporting their members to adopt and sustain a healthier lifestyle.
You can support any of our Charity Partners by fundraising or becoming their Champion in the 2023 AIM Marathon or Half-marathon. Please contact us for information on how you can help.
2023 AIMing to Care Matching Program
Win: Matching Funds for local your school, church, mosque, charity, or other worthy cause—AIM will match and donate a portion of funds you raise.
Fundraising support: AIM will support with publicity and a fun event
ALL funds raised go directly to your chosen cause.
- Register 8 or more Champions to run/jog/walk the full (42km) or half marathon (21km).
- Provide a short blurb about your goal(s). AIM will publicize your team’s fundraising efforts and direct potential donors to your page or designated landing site.
- Submit proof of amounts raised through AIMing to Care program to AIM.
- AIM will match 25%, 35% or 50% of the amounts raised by your team(s) depending on number of registered participants.
- 8 or more registered: AIM matches 25% of amount raised up to GHS10,000; maximum match = GHS2,500
- 10 or more registered: AIM matches 35% of amount raised up to GHS15,000; maximum match = GHS5,250
- 15 or more registered: AIM matches 50% of amount raised up to GHS20,000; maximum match = GHS10,000
