In-person Registration & Race Packet Distribution

In-person registration and race packet distribution (race bibs and event shirts) will begin on Saturday, 18 October. We will post any updates regarding our operating hours and locations on this page and in the announcements section, so please check back frequently (remember to reload/refresh your browser cache).

Race registration, both online and in-person, closes at noon on 25 October. The deadline for collecting your race packet is 2pm, on Saturday, 25 October. There is no registration or race packet pick-up on Race Day.

When picking up your race packet, please bring your bank deposit receipt or your Active.com confirmation email. If you would like someone else to pick up your packet for you, send us a note letting us know who will pick up for you and ask that person to bring their ID with them. Please note that we cannot release your race packet if you haven't signed your event waiver.

*Note: Our 25 October operating hours end at 2pm for race packet pickup only. Both in-person and online registration close at noon on 25 October. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Correct bib reverse maps

The maps on this year's race bibs were incorrectly printed on the reverse side of the race bib. Please disregard it and reference these instead for your particular race. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

Free shuttle service from Labadi Beach Hotel East Gate parking lot to all Start Lines are available to AIM2025 participants on a first-come-first-reserved basis. Please sign up during race packet pick-up or contact us to reserve your seat on the bus.
